I grew up hearing, “Discomfort is just part of life.” Chairs hurt my back, shoes made my feet go numb, and some gear never really fit. What bothered me most was how easily we blamed the person instead of questioning the product: “Your body is the problem.”

As I became a researcher and started working with real product teams, I realized the issue was systemic. Technology keeps advancing, but product development still relies heavily on averages, limited testing, and intuition. Human bodies vary far more than our design assumptions, and that gap shows up late as usability issues, safety concerns, rework, returns, and frustrated users.

That is why I founded Comfo Labs. We bring large-scale human data together with AI simulation so teams can validate usability, fit, and safety from the earliest stages of design. Our mission is to replace trial-and-error with evidence, reduce costly iteration, and help companies deliver products that feel right in real life. Because comfort should not be something people “just endure.” It should be engineered, proven, and accessible to everyone.
