Comfo Labs has built more than 200,000 high quality 3D human datasets and over 20+ million body measurements covering diverse human characteristics.

We transform this data into intelligent Virtual Personas that represent different body sizes, shapes, and postures. These personas allow companies to evaluate fit, reach, contact, pressure, usability, and other interactions between people and products before physical prototypes are produced. Our goal is to make human diversity a measurable and actionable part of everyday product development.

I spent more than fifteen years studying ergonomics, human data, and product design and working with companies developing products for real people. During that time, I repeatedly encountered the same problem. Companies were creating increasingly sophisticated products, yet many critical decisions were still based on averages, limited user testing, individual experience, and repeated physical prototypes.

The consequences often appeared late. A product did not fit certain users. A control was difficult to reach. A wearable created unexpected pressure. A design that looked excellent on screen did not work as expected when people actually used it. Companies then had to redesign, rebuild, and test again.

I came to believe that the fundamental problem was not simply discomfort. It was the way products were being developed.

At the same time, advances in human data, artificial intelligence, 3D technology, and simulation created an opportunity to change this process. Instead of discovering problems after a product is made, we could understand people earlier, explore more possibilities, and validate decisions before manufacturing.

That belief led me to found Comfo Labs.

Today, we are bringing together large scale human data, Virtual Personas, product data, artificial intelligence, and simulation to create a new product development process. Through Doodll and our human data technologies, we want to help anyone developing a product move from an idea to a better design with greater speed, evidence, and confidence.

Our ambition goes beyond making product development more efficient. We want to create a world where better products are easier to imagine, easier to validate, and ultimately easier to bring to life.
